MIES VAN DER ROHE DAYBED
The legend of the Bauhaus era Ludwig Mies van der Rohe designed the Barcelona Daybed explicitly for the New York apartment of Philip Johnson. In 1930 it was presented to the public. The Lounger has a cushion with a leather cover, stitched in squares, has a frame of cherry hardwood, and chromium plated stainless steel stands. It invites for an extended nap.
